Fall is upon us, which means the holidays will be here before we know it! So we’ve decided to jump into the holiday spirit of giving by spreading the word about a few of our favorite charitable organizations and events.
This year, proceeds from Fairhope Fete and Polo at the Point will benefit the USA Mitchell Cancer Institute and Thomas Hospital Foundation. JJ Eyes is a featured sponsor in the Fairhope Fete Fashion Show, which means their gorgeous models sport some of our hottest frames down the runway. The fashion show kicks off the week of events leading up to Polo at the Point on Sept. 26. As in past years, spectators can bid on JJ Eyes’ items in the silent auction.
Another one of our favorite fall philanthropic events is the Vintage Affair Gala, an annual wine and art event benefiting the American Cancer Society. For 20 years, hundreds of guests have gathered in Mobile for the Vintage Affair Gala with the goal of finding a cure for cancer and “creating a world with more birthdays.” We are proud to serve as a sponsor of the Late Night Party, which kicks off at 8 p.m. on Oct. 1, immediately following the gala. The Late Night Party at the Alabama Cruise Terminal Roof Top features complimentary beer and wine, hors d’oeuvres, a specialty drink bar, and fabulous live entertainment.
These are just a few of our favorite events this fall. The best part about them is that they all support important causes and benefit our local communities.
